    they also mentioned new wards like 2+ years ago and that didn't happen....

    I think you could only expect mansion apartments all districts and ishgard area with 8 wards as anything to much ps3 + server limitations excuse comes in to play...

    There have been new wards in the past 2 years... wards 6, 7, 8, and all the sub wards
