Just curious, if this was ever asked or addressed.
Because the queue timer was addressed as working as intended due to the most awesome GC Lore *sarcasm*.
So then, why no GC Seal rewards? I mean it is pure GC content.. =P

The sarcasm here doesn't even work in this case, because almost nobody believes for even a second that GC lore matters a lick in Frontlines. Everyone knows that Frontlines doesn't have any real lore. SE is just hesitating to admit it.
Especially post 3.0.
Original FL lore at least made sense (not really, but whatever). They had a territory dispute. Hence, the Secure game mode fit the theme... Then Slaughter came out. It was basically king of the hill, had nothing to do with territory (unless you count that tiny spot at the top of the ruins), and had no lore whatsoever. Then Seize came out... and there was NOTHING.
There was no introduction to this fight. No discussions. No cutscenes or quests to unlock it. It's not the same territory. The dispute was never settled. No one ever mentions it. Nothing happened with Omega, and we seem to be downloading some kind of Data from Allagan Online, but we have no idea what it is or why we're even after it. The whole game mode just showed up in our Duty Finder without any explanation. I think, at this point most of the players abandoned the notion that SE had any kind of Lore for PvP that they were actually following... but they seem to not have admitted it to themselves for some reason.
Also why are the 3 Grand Companies killing each other to get the allagan data instead of thinking about a peaceful way to share the secrets seal rock has to offer, when fighting amongst ourselves will only weaken our resistance against the Garleans, beast tribes and other real enemies. There was no introduction to this fight. Because PvP, I guess. Also why are the 3 Grand Companies killing each other to get the allagan data instead of thinking about a peaceful way to share the secrets seal rock has to offer, when fighting amongst ourselves will only weaken our resistance against the Garleans, beast tribes and other real enemies.
None of it makes sense, anymore. It hardly made sense from the start, but now it surprisingly manages to make even less.

You read the discription in DF?? It clearly says that all negotiations fail in that particular matter and GC's choose civilized combat for resolving matter...Also why are the 3 Grand Companies killing each other to get the allagan data instead of thinking about a peaceful way to share the secrets seal rock has to offer, when fighting amongst ourselves will only weaken our resistance against the Garleans, beast tribes and other real enemies.![]()
who need lore in pvp? just make it better and more skill oriented. zerging sucks
