honestly I have no issues with cash shop, after however this year's Christmas stuff I am in complete agreement we seem to be losing content... reindeer items again really?! I already had a suit and it is available on cash shop.

Personally however, I wish they would just keep collab events as yearly events for those off months with nothing going on so we have more content, even if most have it done. Add a few items each year or expansion for jobs... like how rogue/ninja/Drk/mch and astro have no weapons to earn atm from lightning event.. :/

2011 - reindeer
2012 - nothing (server down)
2013 - snow man
2014 - santa suit II
2015 - reindeer II
2016 - snow man II ?

How so? As far as I can tell the animation between 1 hand wand/rod and 2 hand wand/rod is exactly the same. And there's no clipping issues.
