    Reporting RMT and getting more then one message back

    Hello, i report the RMT almost every day to help keep the game clean, but im getting more then on message back from you and it is pretty annoying to click 2-3 time to close it. I wrote a message in the game but GM told me to write to the forum because the cant resolve your issue through in-game contact. So im writting it here

    Not sure if this is the specific issue or not, but if it is a message through the help system with a recurring the icon/message alert that comes on each time you log in, you actually have to reply to the notice through the in-game help system to make it stop.

    If it is the emails you get those automatically as the ticket is processed. Robo-mail when generated, another once accepted/assigned, etc. A lot of systems do this as part of their tracking routine.

    Was getting the same after reporting a VA troll last night. Would come back every time I queued A4 for about the next hour.

    I have no problem with report RMT but with the message from support which i become later, the is default answer like: thank you .... there should be one message which you get back. Mine issue is i become not single message but like 2-3 of them and allways i have to close it, otherwise you get this blinking icon of support on top right of your screen and this i pretty annoying. All i want to to reduce the message ill become to one and im happy

    That is the issue I was talking about earlier. You have to go into the Support Desk and reply to your message in order to stop those notices. Don't click "Close", but "Reply".

    It's sort of like not having your email browser set to automatically mark a message as read when you read it--it stays marked as unread (bolded, in your unread messages count, etc.) until you either reply to it or manually mark it as read. In this case, you get the notice about messages for your ticket until you actually reply to those messages...basically forcing it to mark the messages as read.

    I did and they told me i should go in forum and post because they can investigate it from the game, so i did

    And it is a duplicate bug they already know about Just took a moment to find a duplicate post on it from back in the Spring in fact:

    It's been a quirk of the system for forever and a day. The "fix" for the longest time was to actually reply to the system messages to get the notices to stop.
