    FFXI was probably worse than FFXIV in its first year, read this if you're skeptical: http://zeusls.llima.net/download/ffxiupdatehistory.html
    It's the history of updates in early FFXI, and as you will see it was a disaster.

    This is still no excuse for the state of FFXIV at release though, but I'm optimistic about the future. We're starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel, I think.

    I noticed no mention of relics in there. When were relics implemented?
