    I believe this. While its against the TOS, it feels like they don't really care that players are being scammed out of 60 million gil or that people are flipping houses for upwards of 1000% profit. Its just a shame.

    If it was against ToS then people would get banned for it...and I've never heard of any action being taken against it.

    This is the most optimistic thing I've seen today.

    We aren't even in that year yet...

    It's hard to say "just let the vultures rot" when the current situation will remain for 4-6 months. And even then, new plots will also be bought by these "vultures" and they'll be reselling them once the new wards are full (yes, they'll be. And quite quickly).
    So, this will just run in circles until Ishgard and "true" personnal housing come into place... which won't even come in 3.3 but at least 3.4 or even 3.5. The time it takes for them to solve the housing issue is just insane.

    The vultures will most likely live quite a long life to be honest.

    Yeah. The timeframe is less than ideal, I'll agree with that. I was actually kind of appalled to open up PF and see people reselling some of the few plots that had opened up. I mean, I like money but I would've felt like an utter asshole doing that.

    When was the last time any wards were added? How long are we expected to "be patient" for new housing wards? Apartment? No thanks.

    What we really need is a better system for purchasing housing. Instead of this cutthroat "first to see it gets it" system at whatever insane hour the demolition occurs, we should be able to queue or something, in my opinion. If I were actually lucky enough to see a plot for sale, which trust me I have watched them as much as possible since Christmas, I would buy it for myself for use as intended.
