What if the people whose houses you want to buy don't want to sell it to you? Why should they? You always have a choice, so please don't use that excuse as an escape clause for your actions.

The underlying message here: Please do not buy housing plots unless you intend to occupy them. Everyone is stressed enough as is without all of this buying to inflate profit through PF.
