Sending suggestions directly to SE (avoiding the forums)

Hello,

I used to send suggestions about the game through the in game suggestions tab (and the bug report tab, when that was the case). It was really nice to see some of them being addressed. Unfortunately, I noticed a while ago that it says clearly that it should be used only for suggestions related to the customer service.

I understand that we are encouraged to post our suggestions about the game on the forums so that they can be discussed and improved, but there's just too much hostility and very little legitimate interest on anything constructive. Most of the nice ideas I see floating around are either dismissed right away or buried under new threads.

Is there any way of sending suggestions to you (SE) without having to deal with the forums? If not, maybe we could have a sub forum specifically for gameplay suggestions?

I honestly hope this never happens. The sub forum? Sure. But one of the greatest downfalls of XIV at the moment is lack of openness in regards to content. A PTR, or simple forum post outlining content, would have saved them so much hassle and sub loss.
