It could have something to do with the strange ruin in the north eastern area of the Dravanian Forelands. That always struck me as being a good location for a future dungeon - though the entrance isn't really geared towards something as large as Nidhogg getting inside. Unless he uses a different entrance of course.
My guess. We have to go into the Antitower to get some Antimatter before Niddhogg so that he can use it to blow up Ishgard right as they cave in to that new cult and vote for a new bishop, like that Dan Brown book with poorly researched facts and the setting being the Vatican
Along the way We'll have to fight the Antichrist, find some Antifreeze, use Godbert's stash of Anti-aging cream and help a brooding Anti-hero along the way throgh the Antitower.
Okay Serious guess time. I think that the tower might either be sticking out form benith Azys Lla or the Sea of Clouds. or is just a fancy term for an underground building, much like Pharos Sirius HM, we start at the top and must work out way down.
Also in keeping with the trend established with Wanderer's Palace HM, Neverreap and Pharos Sirius HM, Lost City of Amdapor HM will have a plot of helping or foiling rouge beastmen (Base don the location Sylphs are most likely, but in spite of being "headquartered" in Coerthas, the Ixal are another likely choice for their enmity to Gridania)
They did say it would be tied to the MSQ.My guess. I seem to recall seeing a scene in the 3.1 MSQ of Nidhogg sitting on some spire like structure that was with out a doubt NOT in the Churning Mists. And it wasn't part of Azys Lla either.
Could that have been the AntiTower?
That was "The Aery". Nidhogg's lair that is located on the Churning Mists
It's possible it could be some location in Ishgard, a tower belonging to the church.
It's the Syrcus Tower Penumbra (think FFXII), and we'll be going there with Middy to uncover the truth of Silertear Falls once and for all!
...I can dream.
あっきれた。
Fen, are you thinking what I'm thinking?
Is it possible that Nero's gadget detected the AntiTower in the Chasm and that when we go down there we'll find out how to open a certain other tower?
Cause I want to know what that thing was sensing as bad as you want that door opened.
