    It could have something to do with the strange ruin in the north eastern area of the Dravanian Forelands. That always struck me as being a good location for a future dungeon - though the entrance isn't really geared towards something as large as Nidhogg getting inside. Unless he uses a different entrance of course.

    This was my first thought too! I like the Eureka theory too, but I'd really like to see what that ruin in the Forelands is.
