Each of the 3 city-states has a tent with 4 NPCs who blabber on about joining their Grand Company along with badass cannons and rocket launchers, loads more banners and flags around the city, as well as colorful balloons with streamers and lights floating in the sky. The fireworks from the Fireball Faire are back, too!
