Once I saw a BLM using a really nice Umbra Ice Rotation... it was like, Brizzard III, Brizzard I, Brizzard I, Brizzard I, Brizzard I, Brizzard III, Thunder II, Brizzard III, Brizzard I, Brizzard I.... I think he was thinking that Brizzard is just like Fire or something like that to spam almost the same rotation people used on 2.X but changing fire to Brizzard, the only time I saw him using a Fire III a little hope appeared in my heart but he cancelled and restarted his Umbral Rotation

Running Aery for my bard relic some days ago, I get paired with a warrior obviously running for their relic as well (they wielded the Animated Parashu), a non-levelsynched astrologian and a new bard. Things are going fine until the second boss - nobody explained the strat for the other bard (warrior immediately pulled, so no time and I'm not a fan of writing during a boss fight ^^'), but I thought that it's common sense to kill upcoming adds. Nope, the newbie doesn't touch the bomb at any point of the fight. It starts casting self-destruct, I mark it with a 1 but can't prevent it from exploding, getting everyone of us hit with 4 or 5 toxic stacks and eventually wiping us. I take the time to explain everything, and the second try is all fine.

We reach Nidhogg and while the bard watches the cutscene, I explain the fight including the Sable Price and the add phase. We start, I get bound but nobody attacks the Sable Price. I mark it, the bard reacts but can't kill it fast enough so I die. I get rezzed and five seconds later the add phase begins. So we have this slowly reacting bard, an astrologian not using anything else than Aspected Helios (so, no deeps), another slow tank and myself, a bard with weakness debuff. DPS is too low so we wipe. I tell my group that we need to be a bit faster, then we start the second try. This time the other bard gets bound and I manage to free them fast enough, so no weakness during add phase. We meet the DPS check, everyone is standing close to Estinien who casts his shield... and then the warrior runs to the middle of the arena, ready to pick up Nidhogg again, the bard follows him. Both die from the big attack, the astrologian manages to rezz the warrior before Nidhogg kills them, second wipe approaches. The astrologian ragequits while the warrior says, "why did we wipe now? We killed all the adds!"

Guy, I said "kill the adds, then run to Estinien". And seriously, you're here to do your freakin' relic quest, how on earth did you ever clear the dungeon without knowing how to survive the big attack! At this point I think of quitting too, but I want to finish my relic nghnghngh ._.' So I ask a friend to join on her scholar, then I shout at the warrior to F***ING STAY WITH ESTINIEN before we finally kill Nidhogg without more problems.

I'm going to post two of my runs, one being where I got called all names and one where I got praised.

The horror run was in Neverreap, when it was out for 2 weeks if I remember. The whole run went kinda smoothly, I just noticed that one of the DPS was not really moving out of AOE. Still we make it till last boss. Where after the first push back one of the DPS falls of. The tank and other DPS take quite some damage due the Tornado's and adds (they where not killing the water add). I myself quite a lot of damage because I need to stand still to cast heals and place my DoTs. During the fight the tank started being really rude, saying I was the worst healer ever because I didn't res the other DPS, because I took a lot of damage and because I didn't DPS enough. I wanted to ask my fairies to grab him so I could slap him with my book.

Second story takes place in the early days of WOD, is suppose everyone remembers the first boss in the early days. It was hell, but I loved the fight. During one of the runs, we had quite a lot of people failing and I saw people going down, get up and go down again, this till the boss reaches 2 percent of health and then when he reaches 1 percent, everyone was dead, except of me. My Swiftcast was on cooldown, so instead of ressing someone, I just spammed Ruin II killing the boss. I was a Lala at that moment, I felt so good got 7 commendations in the end and everyone was laughing. We had a good run afterwards.

Those are the worst. But I remember on one of those, the tank let the healer die to the adds for "The Eyes Have It" fate in Coerthas (granted, none of the DPS did anything either and the healer decided to stand in a very obviously bad spot). So after he took a bit too much damage and noticed the only healer around was down, he ran for it.... There were 6 other people there (sadly, we only had the 1 healer, who was down) and the tank frickin ran for it... he dragged the boss out and RESET the fate. The Boss was at about 25% left. I just said screw it and left.

I start up titan HM as my warrior, gonna be an easy run right?

Something seems off from the start, as both whms cast medica 2, which I have to click off before pull or titan would beeline it to them. Other warrior wasn't in tank stance earlier, but went into it while I was tanking already. So now I am fighting rapidly generating aggro from med 2 spam and the off tank, healers get taken out by plumes through bad stacking and we restart.

I ask the other tank to stay out of defiance which they do. I ask the healers to tone it down on medica 2 and they dont say anything, instead one of them proceeds to cast it and recast it even before its done ticking constantly throughout the fight. They die to a plume again, which resets aggro and rest of the fight finishes as normal.

As I look at them, I see that healer holding a 200 relic o-o

I must start with saying that I love new players, but I still found today's adventure to be highly amusing, stressing and annoying at the same time.

Leveling roulette, I usually queue as a WHM.
Today, the roulette decided to let me revisit the very first dungeon, Sastasha.
I am surrounded by green leaves, and I get the new player message. No big deal, it will be a fun run...

It seems that I got paired with 3 aspiring tanks, too bad only one of them was on the right job.

The pugilist pull, while the tank tries to get aggro (I think), archer runs around pulling even more and kiting.
Of course in the end I was the one tanking and healing because 1 cure on a party member would aggro the entire pack.

I pulled through it, put numbers on enemies that as usual were ignored.

After the first mini boss, pugilist runs to pull the next pack. I was behind with the group and the pugilist died because he was alone and respawned. Tank grabs those enemies while the archer grabs more.
*sigh*
Heal and tank again.

When this set is dead, there is a sign of life in the chat.

"Pugilist: are you ok?"
"Me: who?"
"Pugilist: you"
"Me: yes, I am"
"Pugilist: "

I wonder if it was prompted by his/her death...

Rest of the run goes smoothly, last boss I basically had to kite the adds but they killed it.

During the run, at some point I asked to use flash, pugilist used it.

I didn't have time to finish dailies last night, so I did 50 roulette this morning on sch. Got Tam Tara hm with pld/blm/brd, so I figured it would be a quick run.

Trash pulls were fine, so more comfort on my part. Tank pulled the first boss and the dps were hanging out at range. I called out to stack.. Only blm came to me. Fearing the worst, I followed up by saying not to kill adds. They come, and the brd runs circles around the boss while aoeing the adds down (blm helped).

Second try, we cleared. Got to the second boss.. Tank dced on pull, and the dps ignored my calls to pull it to the side. We wiped when the npc in the center died, but luckily the tank reconnected. Cleared the second try.

Luckily no wipes on the final boss, but I had to tell the brd to stop standing in the center...

omg void ark on Sunday night, ugh. My rule on 24 man raids is never do them late at night because they always suck. And late night for some reason starts at 10pm. Anyway I died on every boss because everyone decides to ignore mechanics on every boss but for some reason dps is super high, so we were able to just die once to every boss and then make it to the end. At the end though people are fed up and everyone is arguing with each other and idc for Alliance drama and I just announce we just suck it up and finish so we can never see each other again. We do win final boss after a loooong run and my reward was getting the piece I was missing for my brd. Ugh what a night!
