My cat is pretty old now too.. I don't want him to go blind..

It's not a guaranteed thing to happen. Our old family cat died when I was 21, and she had been around before I was born. And until the last day she was able to see, so she was allowed to still go out to the streets
The good thing is, like Selli explained, that cats don't rely on their eyes all that much, hearing and smell are a lot more helpful to them than to a human.

Mx current cat is only 9 months old so hopefully she'll be fine for a long time, too

A pet getting sick allways makes me sad. I breaks my heart to see them suffer/struggle.

I've had 2 pets die in the last 2 years Thread is getting depressing.

This specific breed has a bit of a shorter tail (at least in comparison to some others), so I tried to make that visible by giving her a shorter tail too.
Now I'm torn on if I should use a phantasia to change to that look :0

English isn't my native language so while I'm able to communicate on a basic level, I suck at more detailed stuff. Everything that you wear on your feet are shoes or boots to me because I know no other words for them :c
