Not very satisfied . Developers don't seem to know their own content since the expansion dropped. Gear design has gotten lazier, Raids still not massive zones and limited to 4 separate instances of bosses and trash. Raid design is not great, Tank balance is in a terrible place, Bard was ruined with no thought towards the playerbase.
I'm staying subbed because I love his game, but i'm seriously questioning how long that sub should continue.
Since beta
Played lots of MMOs prior to FFXIV, FF takes up too much of my limited free time to play anything else these days though. Last MMO I played before FF was Elsword.

I left Aion for this game

1. I am happy with the game
2. Since Beta
3. World of Warcraft

Are you currently satisfied with FFXIV? Yeah, for the most part. Things that I'm not happy with have already been listed by other players.
How long have you been playing FFXIV? About 10 months, give or take a week or two.
Did you leave any other MMO in order to play FFXIV, and if so, which? Is Destiny considered an MMO? If no, then, well, no...
1. No.
2. ~2.5 years(beta right after E3)
3. No. My first one.
(super serious)I don't know what to put here so I've put this here as a placeholder until I figure it out.(super serious)
Recruitment code if you are starting out: FTB8JBQ5

1. Yes - sort of, hard to find statics in general. I have had 1 static, and it blew up while I was asleep one day. (and not because I was asleep)
2. since ARR launch
2. WoW, Runescape, Minecraft.(I had an awesome flying gym on a pixelmon sever!)
(and didn't pick up elderscrolls due to FFXIV)
^ I feel the same way. 'cept the MMO thing was an added bonus.

1. Yes and no. I still have things to do like leveling crafting and gathering which I am finding very enjoyable. But when you read on the forums how crafting is boring and tedious at endgame and see the lost potential to certain features like PvP, this makes you feel like SE is not listening to the community.
2. I have been playing since 2nd Beta Phase.
3. Left World of Warcraft

1. Are you currently satisfied with FFXIV? Yes, I am. Though some things may be disappointing the over all experience has been very positive.
How long have you been playing FFXIV? I've been playing since early access for the relaunch of FF 14. So, for about 2 years.
Did you leave any other MMO in order to play FFXIV, and if so, which? I've play various free to play MMOs such as: Perfect World International, MEGATEN imagine, and Guild Wars 2. And none of the have had any lasting appeal.

1. Partially. I'm very disgruntled with Phase 3 of the Relic Weapon, and I dislike that we are getting fewer dungeons with each update. I also think that 3.1's story did not satisfy in terms of gameplay, in that it did not require a trial or dungeon. The instance it required was simple but fun, but did not take much time to complete, leaving a rather disappointing overall experience. The greater story is still very interesting, but it's becoming harder and harder to justify certain nitnpicks with the game that are continually ignored.
2. Since day 1 of 1.0.
3. No, but I played XI before XIV.
