pre geared pre 60 PLD will have issues holding hate from good dps and healers especially if the others are synched and if you hold good enmity as a pld before 60 then the dps with you is not competent with how to dps.

PLD is the only tank class that has enmity issues they really need to fix the modifiers and all.
