Yes more NMs or make the current NMs drop mats that can be made into gear for a larger variety of classes.

As of now there isn't any reason for Conjurers, Thaumaturges, Archers, Pugilists to do roaming NMs.

not everyone has it. my ls had over 120 members before we decided to go to a smaller crew. of those 120 we had at least 60 with high mele classes. some just recently ranked up so we had just recently started farming for those members to get the skin, but lately that dumb thing has been stingy with drops. we probably need 3-4 more skins to make the hats with and our group will be good.
