Currently the HQ crafted items required to complete an Anima relic on Excalibur server costs a whopping 10,640,000g - so that's a thing~

check recip in internet, and try find someone who can craft them ! (without stealing it ...)

I have friends that can - but (as with previous stages) just trying to point out how crafting as a requirement is a bad thing to include on endgame weapons.
