Bard Tunes: Ugh Not That Song Again!

At this point.
There is no denying that is a bard in the poster, and if I remember correct, bard was announced to be one of the released jobs. Stop trying trying to fight it, yes it is a bard. Yes, its half harp, half dagger, all bow. But I'm not writing to talk about weaponry.

I'm talking about our tunes man.
How boring is it when you hear the same song every time a bard plays a song. I for one desire variety. For instance, when playing a ballad (i.e mages ballad) or a minute (i.e valor minute) I'd sincerely hope there is a different type of song played for those types of skills. I'm not saying every skill needs a different song, just different song types. I LOVE music, and I don't want to see another music themed job play the same song over and over.

I really just cant get over it, that they're slamming a hard support class into a DD class and just washing out my favorite job. Hopefully my reaction to that "bow-harp" is way over the top, and SE finds a clever way to make a barcher actually really hard-core support. But something tells me... You can't just pooh on the archer like that. You are going to lose one of the roles, or have a generic and better-than-everyone class that fills too many roles.

is there a link to the new bard job? not heard nothing about it. but i do agree diff music for each is cool, though i play my mmo's 90% of the time muted so i personally don't care. i still think it would make sense to make them all a little different sounding.

Even if there was only a "couple" songs per instrument type, I would be happy.

Only a tad bit of info confirmed on bard. Then famitsu's magazine cover came out this morning and confirmed our suspicions of some of these jobs. Only one I wouldn't peg is MRD's job. (I just have a hard time believing thats a warrior) anyways the image is in another thread and on facebook (thats where i saw it this morning) but im sure its been leaked all over the net by now.

You have your choice, if you gonna continue to be one of the best Dps class that can attack at distant. Stay Archer. If your party need support, go Bard.

I like archer, and I like bard. Sure, do it SE. Make it interesting.
