Seems fine, based on my luck since I only do cacpot and mini cacpot, I estimate I have about 8-9 months left before I'll have enough for Fenrir...seems fine as a long term goal - I don't like any of the other methods of MGP income as it doesn't appeal to me to play random mini games in an MMO.

I my mini cactpot daily and I am roughly 230k into it, it will take time if you are unlucky or don't take a pro-active approach, but its hardly unfeasable for the average player over the games lifespan.

How the heck are any of the mini-games "complicated?" Do you have that much trouble knowing how to play a scratch off? Sounds like you just want a fast and easy way to farm MGP, which won't happen because knowing the devs, the Battle Square will be gated with RNG elements like everything else in the Gold Saucer. Or it may even have forced level sync and other restrictions.

Yeah, at one point I had close to 500k MGP but then I bought the turtle and the new dances.

I'll agree with all the other posts, the mini-cactpot is definitely the way to go, along with the jumbo-cactpot that draws once a week since they upped the base value you get from it even if you don't win. If you are REALLY desperate to grind for MGP, I suggest playing the gathering mini-games found near minion square. If you're good at it, (which I'm not), you can get at least 100-200 MGP from it per minute.....

This is what I do. Practice these games, they're basically Hot & Cold. Find out which version you like better, and at what difficulty you do best at (I'm better at Malboro difficulty on the Botanist one) and you can rack up the points. Do well, and you'll get more GP from these than a GATE you had to wait 15-30 minutes to do.

Complicated? Seriously? Mini Cactpot is trying to line up a 3 numbers in sequence for a payout with 1,2,3 being the "perfect" row. Have you never seen a scratch-off lotto ticket in real life before?

Perhaps. I'm not sure I'm willing to give that benefit of doubt given some posts I've seen here, though.
