Won 2/3 this time. Looking forward to next week's.
It's a shame, because I personally had a lot more fun with this. It's not that no one does it... It's just that it's extremely difficult to get into unless you're rolling a pre-made or organizing matches (either fixed matches or event matches like these ones).
Class/Level/Rank restrictions as well as a overall less populated DF lobbies contribute to this, and some Worlds have it much worse than others. On my World, you'll be lucky to get into Wolves Den even if you set up a PF to organize match fixing. I spent a week trying to get into it (in both DF's that ticked away endlessly and PF's that no one joined), but had no luck. As much as I'd like to get into WD, there's a point where you're just wasting your subscription staring at a clock when you could be doing Seize or Raiding. On other Worlds (especially ones with more active PvP communities) you might have much more luck.
Should we post a primer or something? I don't know if it was bad luck or what, but pretty much any match that wasn't a 10+ minute horror show of who's AST can survive longer was instead "I herd about the pvps on Reddit" and people pulling nonsense (including one match where the other three on my team decided their first priority should be the WAR... It lasted less than 30 seconds).
I finished my 10 matches and ran away screaming. Not sure if I want to go back, because the point values are awfully low to watch people screw themselves over and blame the loss on "those guys were a premade", compared to the same in Seize.
Pretty much, grinded for the weekly challenge and was already sick of it despite never having tried it before. Had a 18minute game of chase/kill the healerShould we post a primer or something?
