Not exactly ugly, but maybe he was trying with the gear? :P (I hate the soldiery healer body, and that crown makes it even worse). The only relatively ugly face in the game (in my opinion) is the buttonsy nosed derplander male.

Yes actually. I find it strangely unnerving when 99% of the population a virtual world looks like they are in their 20s or 30s and none of them dirty or nasty looking. The players need not be ugly or old but why not have a good chunk of NPCs be old or nasty looking for varieties sake?
