    Do we actually know that or is this all assumption?

    Regardless, that doesn't change the fact that when I was on Cactuar there were more than a few mining bots there for months, not a banning from what I could tell. A GM could go there and watch them for a few hours and easily tell they were bots, but nothing. If that's the same for RMT tells then... yeah, it doesn't look good.

    I saw someone post about that, based on a friend who was temp banned.. and the (deleted) being transfers has been mentioned multiple times before. I don't bother adding gil sellers to blacklists because it is somewhat rare that they send it twice.. though there is some lag in bans (based on the old friend listing bots).

    Gil sellers always do whatever they can to get past dev action against them. If there were an easy fix, gold selling spam would have been solved a long time ago, back when they first appeared in MMOs.
