As a crafter, I would want grade 5 materia from handing in those i150 and i180, and you get a lot more in a coordinated alliance than trying to get random people in normal or easy mode to cooperate.

As a side note, you can circumvent the 1000 character limit by editing your post. Like you can fit all of your posts in one post:

But the crafting materia come from steel spoils. You don't get those from farming mobs. o.O

Not to mention, Grade V crafting materia aren't even available through Diadem.
