Im also looking for a social friendly environment.

Activity has been rising thanks to some of our recent members (For some reason, those people who never talk seem to join a social FC, but whatever), if you're up for a laugh or just a general chat, there's those who'll happily join in. A good few members are also looking at leveling a few classes, and are seeking pre-made parties within the FC for leveling and pre-Heavensward content, so there's room to grow bonds there and enjoy the game together, and it's a nice way to learn the fights if you've not completed them yet, rather than having a Duty Finder team that rushes the fight with no explanation.
While one of our "Golden Oldies" ranks are on (older / founding FC members), socializing seems to be going rather constant, and while TeamSpeak isn't used very often by non-raid members, it is there if you wanted to socialize through voice communication rather than typing in the chat log, and again our "Golden Oldies" ranks will quite happily join you the majority of the time at a minimum response.

If you aren't able to apply, are you still in the free trial of the game? There shouldn't be a limitation unless you're on the free trial, as far as I'm aware, unless you've recently left another FC.
If you are still playing on the free trial, you will need to upgrade and pay a subscription before you can join any company.
If you have joined and left FCs recently, there is a 24 hour lockout period if you are doing this often.
You also cannot be physically invited to an FC while you have an application submitted to that FC, or elsewhere.

I have recently paid a subscription 2 days ago but I still have no option to see all of the FC in the server
