The AST's cards weak

Where exactly do you feel that? In dungeons, yes, they'll be fairly week because encounters are very fast. You'll get the most out of them in raids or ex primals, but your group has to be good. Bad DPS make an AST useless simply because 10% of nothing is... nothing. I have been playing WHM in Thordan EX and my group's overall DPS is lower; we used to finish phase 1 with 68-69% when I played AST, and as a WHM we finish it with 71% (72% sometimes), so my cards were adding around 2%, give or take.
