This time around, the list contains additions planned for up until summer 2011. You see what I did there with the bold font for emphasis? But anywho, without further ado, feast your eyes on the list in its entirety! (Remember, these are our plans until summer 2011!)

Just from this list:
Implementation of simplified opening tutorials for the three city-states - Not that I care, but No.
Implementation of job quests - Nope
Implementation of a window for managing achievements - Nope
Implementation of command center UI for the Grand Companies - Nope
Implementation of Materia crafting system - Obviously not if the date really delayed is past September 30th (hint, it will be)
Ongoing improvements to market area stability - LOL
Implementation of Ifrit battle quest - See Materia

And I won't go into all the Lodestone and Forum stuff because it's not as important.

And don't say "Nope" to patch delayed, when he himself says so in the letter.

Cracks me up when players pull "facts" from their bums.

I'm happy with what this patch is bringing, I'm obviously not happy with how they think delaying things every single time is somehow funny or acceptable.

Perhaps I am blind for not seeing him mentioning "3 patches" anywhere in that list or quote of yours, but on the other hand could it be that you are simply full of it instead?

And don't say "Nope" to patch delayed, when he himself says so in the letter.

When the patch was scheduled for "end of September" since last month, and it is indeed coming on September 30th.... that is some amazing thought process right there to twist it as "being delayed"!

Sounds like he's right on track for the end of Summer (give or take a few days)—considering Summer isn't over yet.

I'm not the person that said that was going to be done in 3 patches, but thanks for putting words in my mouth.

I realize that many of you were expecting the patch to arrive this week, but right now the team is looking at a September 30 release. Certain contents are a bit iffy to make to the deadline, and because of this, there’s a chance that the date will get pushed back a few days.

It isn't "indeed coming on September 30th" if this delay happens, which I emphasised in the point: "Obviously not if the date really delayed is past September 30th (hint, it will be)"

Look, I'm not posting here to get in poop slinging contests with you, I wrote that post to display some dissatisfaction. Now if you agree with me or not, that's your prerogative and I'm not going to take that from you. But I'm allowed to share my opinion and that's what I did.

Please avoid putting quotes on me when you're getting confused with someone else.

Nothing for you, something for someone else. I'm tired of every patch being delayed, every single time. I don't like it, you may like it, that doesn't mean I'm not allowed to be unhappy about it. You can keep ignoring that fact and keep attacking me about it, but it doesn't make it untrue.

i think he just says most of the patch gonna come for 30th , then, few things in 1.19a, b, etc..

Considering the size of this patch , im pretty surprised they re sticking with "end of september"

then we could get 1.20 for xmas at this pace

Letter XIII:

we are planning to release patch 1.18 on July 21 (PST). But things are preeetty tight, so there may be a 1- or 2-day delay.

Actual patch date:

07-21-2011

The wording is almost word-to-word exactly the same as in the current letter. And guess what- no delays! (But hey, he didn't say "possibly" so there's still a strawman for you to cling into with all your power).

I'll ask you for life advice whenever I'm in trouble since you're convinced I'm such a confused individual.

I think that would indeed save you a lot of embarrasment in the future. Please, do.

That would be a way to go about it. The patch is really beefy and I wouldn't be surprised.
