WHM combat stance.

That's a very fitting combat stance for WHMs. All I can imagine happening if SE made that the actual animations is:

1) Everyone Else: "WTF, WHY DO ONLY WHMS GET NEW COMBAT POSE OMG /UNSUBSCRIBE"
2) The Majority: "WTF, WHM COMBAT STANCE LOOK SO PUSSY NOW LOL BRING BACK OLD ANIMATION PLZ"
3) The Minority: "I think it's kinda cool!" The Majority: "NO, SCREW YOU SCRUB GO BACK 2 <insert game here>"

Swap the majority with everyone else and bam. What happens any time the devs try to make a job differ/unique.

A combat stance I would like to see for WHM is the stance from that one dude in The Vault. The final boss of that dungeon has a pretty sweet battle stance.

To be fair, have you ever seen a PLD sprint (with their weapon out)? They look so ridiculous. XD I know it's not a combat stance, but I think it needs a change too, lol.

I guess everybody hates that feminine white mage stance and the little smile like an airhead.

Running with your staff out looks like Gandalf , I love it.
I personally like the combat stance, I don't know where people get the idea that it is not very defensive. The pose is hugely defensive, you look like you're ready to cast healing/defensive spells.
The shown in the OP is a split second pose after casting Aero 3 >.>, why are people talking about that one and not the one that you hold your staff out with?
