server transfer, can't select my character

So I'm on the mog station, said my goodbyes left my Fc
am trying to use the transfer service, i can select my destination world, but cannot select any character or my current world in the field below.

Any ideas what I can do, what's going on?

Bet the destination and source realms were swapped around.

I think I might know what you were talking about - I had a similar issue at first. Is it a problem with the drop-down menus on "destination world" and "current world"? You have to hit the "confirm" button first after selecting the destination world, and only after confirming can you select your current world (it doesn't appear in the dropdown before clicking confirm). I apologize if that sounds confusing, it was a bit weird when I did it, and I'm not sure if you're having the same issue.

I wasn't thinking straight at all, I was expecting 1confirmation button after I'd filled in all the fields, but figured out you have to click confirm on each field then click the bigger "yeah I wanna move" button.

I was an emotional mess as this move is me taking a big chance on my eorsean future.
