Do you honestly believe that Square is going to create some kind of parser function for their game? I can't think of one MMO dev that has done that.

I will eat my words if Square actually ever does something like that, but I don't think I'll ever have to worry about that.

Also, Square has flat out said people can get banned for using the parser that does exist. The fact that they've done that shows that they don't have any interest in people using that kind of function in the game.

A parser is already in the game. The only question is whether or not SE will ever refine and release it for use outside of debug.
