Giving up my dream of owning a house

2 months, 4 servers, and tons of time and money later, all in the search for a house, and an fc, the chances of me ever getting that are 0.
Ive wanted one ever since i saw it. i guess i care too much about gaming, considering the time i put into it. Im aware that 25th is housing demo day, and I am more nervous/excited. I'm a disabled gamer, and my caregiver gets me up around 8;30 am. I may not be able to secure a house, because I can't be one of the first people there;/

so i guess my last resort would be to ask if anyone knows of a small to medium server, that has end game? if it's small, maybe, just maybe i might be able to find a house on demo day..that or hire someone to log on before i can, and help me secure a house

Ive only had one fc, and that was a month long. we did everything together, and then they broke up..ive been alone ever since.

Super sorry to hear that and I wish there was something I can do to help, but the only thing I could suggest is what you've already said, finding a smaller server.

All I can suggest is a server such as Goblin or something. I've seen they still have houses, but I'm unsure how likely it is they have any sort of endgame.

hmm dont worry much about a personal house, is just a glamour. Mostly just usefull for fc rather than personal, luxury stuff wich is pretty but thats all. better stablishes yourself in a nice fc and have fun on game.

Edit: also just 2 months in game is not much time really..

This was the last official thread about housing prices, but it may change by the time when the plots be free. Also most of the servers have players for end game, so check on the servers list. i would recomend make an alt on your desired server and check availabilities, how markets are and posible fc. If all looks right for you then move to it.

Brynhildr still has houses that go up for sale on occasion. One FC member bought a small mist plot for 7.5mil roughly (5mil relinquish fee, though I think he could have gone lower). Also saw another small plot for sale in lavender beds for 3mil relinquish. Plus it looks like a lot are abandoned and will go up on market with the demo day.

Currently on Mateus there are three medium houses and one large house for sale. I have seen quite a few smalls over the past two weeks go up for sale but obviously they get taken much quicker. As for your second requirement of having endgame, a lot of people will probably say that Mateus has none. While I can say that the statement is not entirely true, it is definitely harder here to find a good group than on a larger server.
