Dark Knight Version of the Zantetsuken

Try using your imaginaion. The sword would have to be changed to fit the bill, I was thinking a long type sheath that when unsheathed it extends beams from the sides.

Anyway, this is how the original kinda looks. The idea is to have the sheath long enough to look like a dark knight weapon on its own but the blade changes and extends. I'll see if I can draw an image describing it better later. :/

So have it look more like an oversized scimitar than a katana? Hmmm, That could work. Perhaps sized simmilar in proportions to the Balmung but with a stronger curve?

My concern about it retracing could be avoided simply by removing that feature as well.
