Its one of the many reasons I decided to keep DRK as my main tank class.

That's also the proof that they could have given PLD approximately the same ability to counter knockback, but in a much more effective it.
The tricky part is that Plunge needs a target, so, each time they would like to negate "Tempered Will", they could simply make you unable to select a target, instead of just bypassing the effect.

They could replace Tempered Will with the gap closer from the 1st boss of the Vault, Shield Bash included.

Even then it's exceedingly situational as Leviathan and A3 N/S are the only instances I ever found it useful.

It was the best thing ever in Titan (it works against landslide)

You know what else works against landslide? Stepping to the right. That doesn't even have a 3 min cooldown, you can do it as often as you want.

The downside to stepping to the right comes into play with lag / bad play / panic / slow-as-hell reactions.

Tempered Will can help at least eliminate the middle, for one landslide.

Hey this doesn't remove Brute Justice's bind either. I kept forgetting to test it out but last week I didn't use it on land mines and remembered.
