Horrible lag during the afternoon

This has been happening quite often to me. Basically I get horrible lag when playing in the afternoon (about 12:00 - 17:00 GMT) and most of them time I'm stuck at R0.
Is this the peak time for some zones? I still don't see as many players as I see at night, I can only imagine this lag happens for a reason at this time of the day.

That time means absolutely nothing without a timezone.
And I've been having a lot of server side lag recently as well.
Hell 2 nights ago me and 2 other people were randomly booted from the server without any lag at all in La Noscea
Kinda annoying but we were just booted straight back to character select then allowed straight back on (I was back on about 30 seconds after being booted)

It was kinda random seeing one person suddenly disappear while running.

Guess those people were lucky, because most of the time when someone is disconnected, it takes at least 15 minutes for them to come back.
