I hear that some characters from 3.1 have appeared in the Forgotten Knight too.

I saw Leofard and his right-hand woman (whose name escapes me at the moment) in there once, but only once. Have yet to figure out what throws the flag that triggers their appearance.

Perhaps it's random, or perhaps it's only once after completing the Void Ark... don't know.

Yes, Francel's visiting there ever since 3.1. As Cilia said above, he comes back periodically.

As someone who occasionally visited Haurchefant's memorial after the ending of 3.0 and before 3.1 hit, I promise you it was only added in 3.1.

Actually, this has been present since 3.0.

I have been up there every day for a while, it's been one of my favorite spots for well before Heavensward. Never met him until I went there again the day 3.1 launched.

when i saw that attack, i genuinely wanted to kill him specifically.

I wonder how our departed friend is going to play part in our time in 3.0.
