    As the healer, I don't particulary enjoy it...like, what's the point of making me heal through such a huge pull just to speed things up, if afterwards you are gonna wait for my (and the tank's) mana to regenerate so we don't wipe at the boss?
    And you're still "in combat" so it takes forever to get it to regenerate too.

    even starting boss fight with 1000 mp is enough for me to heal through boss

    they barely do damage

    You actually have to kill them. They're still aggro'd onto you, and the game won't let you leave the instance if you have aggro, ergo, they have to die before anyone is allowed to leave.
