i need your opinions, and how do you guys fix this ?

so here is my problem, from last few days i "cleared" my training in thordan EX (i mean i know every single phase near to perfect,

but every time (yes EVERY SINGLE TIME !!)

im making a PF, to make a kill pty im ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS !!!!,
with some ppl, who want a carry ! and make the pty fail miserably ...

so how do you guys, do about this ?
i mean what should i do to make a succesfull clear pty ?
how should i set my PF ?

Go in, see who fails a few times, go out, kick them, put up PF again.

honestly when i see how ppl in this game are, it really make me sad

I suppose you can go an extra step and /blacklist them but I personally see no point with that.

Make a Clear LS.

When you Try today. and fail Invite people who didn't suck. till you have 30+ people on and all can clear 80% of the time. Do this for all your 205 weapons.

Start adding the better people to a linkshell/friendlist and directly invite them. Maybe try to schedule a time to meet up and murder the pope.

Honestly it's because every single PF I've seen post day 1 has been, "learning party, know up to meteors," or "have exp past limit break," or some form or another. And when I've actually seen a fresh learning party created with no knowledge or exp needed, it sits their empty for hours. You can't que in DF so ppl are left with only one option. Lie to get into a party to get some exp. There isn't much middle ground. Those who have cleared it, aren't running it. And those who have 0 Exp can't get a party. I'm not saying it's right, but if those of us who have cleared the fight can't take the time to get more ppl exp, then there will never be enough ppl to actually fill up a farm party.

Meh. I only see this happening more often due to the NA attitude of "no new players." JP PF's just simply list the dungeon. There is no "must know x must be past phase x''
Why?
Because there is this thing called communication, and wipes are simply a given.
The entire philosophy of this game is bringing adventurers together to beat something.
The time limits are there for an entirely fresh party to actually make some progress if they stick through, and perhaps the next try will be a win.
You're not going to one shot everything. This is fresh new content. People are eager and want to learn. The content just came out.
