25 and have been playing games since i was 4....dont even get me started on you with a sig like that.... its people like you who dont want change and hold this game back from seeing an enjoyable state i bet if you had it your way you would have kept playing even if they never went to fix this game...
Because some of the biggest "install base" for some game series lack action in the term of being an action game. Most RPG series have millions upon millions of fans and players, some don't even have context sensitive jumping or dodging.
So no, turning every game into an action game doesn't bring in players, if your game is fun in it's own right it does, because using your logic, games like Minecraft, Super Meatboy, Castle Crasher or any other type of indie game shouldn't have any players, because they aren't using "Oh so realistic /nomalicious" graphics that's popular with this generation of games.
