some other sources for you are Ashe 10 and Mithrie Menethil. They both have all kinds of guides. Mithrie has different versions for if you have money or do not and has them all the way back to ARR. Check them out if you are still stuck.
Seriously if you are going to be a serious crafter you need to get all to 60 so level them all at the same pace...it is going to take some time my friend you are way behind the 8 ball here but it is still doable if you have the time and patience for it.

Up to 50 his guides are effective. We tend to stray in views at 50 to 60. As of 3.1 it is faster, more effective and cheaper to level using blue scrips.

Prime example. 56 blue scrip recipe: Ramie Cloth. You need 2500 to turn in. 2xHQ Ramie thread and 1XHQ Linen thread is 3000+ collectibility. If you spammed Careful Synth II in Patrician you could get turn in level Raimie Cloth and get 115,000 exper for each one plus a small amount of gil and blue scrips.

Which craft do you guys recommend I bring up next?

Culi would be the cookie cutter response and rightly so. My reasoning being, it gets you away from the biggest inventory drag but it also allows you to make some foods and for skills as cross class as well.
