Here's the big F YOU to the AST that let me die on the *First* pull and went on a journey to let me get dangerously low to point where I'm using *all* my CDs to make one big huge ass CD on every pull. IF you're that determined to stay in cleric stance and it was painfully(haha) obvious, you're playing the wrong class. My CDs don't grant me invincibility(even holmgang to an extent). And just because you didnt have to heal the NPC at the boss in the Aery "earlier" doesn't mean EVERY run will have the exact same results. If I didn't care about the other two, I would have made your life a living hell in there just as you made mine.

Running Copperbell HM on my WHM, get a DRK new to the dungeon. DRG explains everything, DRK does as he is told... and then thanks me for keeping him alive.

Sounds to me like everyone did their job. Being good isn't easy.

When I get a tank that complains about being low on HP i switch to noct and just use stoneskin and noct to keep them around half for the entire dungeon. Thinking of doing this to tanks wearing vitality accessories too.

Please don't be TOO mean to VIT tanks...when I run in DF as a tank I run with VIT.
Why?
Because I'm not a tank main. I'm awful at tanking so while I trust my healer I like having that small buffer. I can't always catch myself out of that AOE in time or pop my buffs to save my butt.

Well yesterday (or early this morning) I managed to do that 60 dungeon. Got two drops, iLvl from 145->149. Still leveling alt classes but will do the other level 60 dungeon so I can also do roulette. I must say the group I completed it on- much worse geared. BUT I prefer a friendly badly geared group to a group of three well geared jerks and dinky ol me in questing "greens" and whites. Plus, everyone was still much better than me. All in all it was fun .

Doing Sohm Al just now I ran into a SMN who would not use Ruin, Bio, Bio II or Miasma. The only spells he ever cast were Shadowflare, Painflare, and occasionally Ruin II or Ruin III. When asked if there was any particular reason he wasn't casting these spells he listed the spells he was casting and said the others were "level locked". He meant Tri-disaster was locked due to level sync. Even after being told he could still cast his DoTs normally and being requested to multiple times, he refused to. I don't even understand..

I think I had the same SMN just now doing Ex roulette.

Ended up tanking Brayflox NM today as a DRG. Our tank was a level 32 GLA with no jobstone, oath, or any gear above level 20. Their tanking rotation consisted of the following: body pull, flash once, spam Rage of Halone. After explaining to them how to do a pull and how to hold aggro with Flash and Rage of Halone combo they flashed a couple more times but would still do the same thing and spam RoH (They remained silent the entire run and never said a word).

Ended up walking out of there with 2 comms after tanking the last boss and keeping him out of the poison puddles which, ours wasn't even after being explained the mechanic. x_x I think what got me the most was we had tank hands and belt drop from our treasure coffers and the tank passed both? Why? x____x

Few days ago i was tanking Library. While during the mobs it was all fine, during the bosses it was like wtf? The healer abandoned a little before the second boss, and even if I hit 60 with PLD, I decided to stay with them and try to finish the dungeon. I wasn't really feeling good but I tried... but after 3 wipes at the last boss, DPS dying because of the orbs that they put everywhere where they shouldn't be; the new healer telling us how to place them, and then them not following their own explanation, and the last round I as tank had 7 stacks, which I have no idea how happened, it seems they put the things all around me. I really couldn't anymore, and I left, and days after I feel guilty for not staying.... but really I just wanted to finish it and go sleep. (and no nobody was new to the dungeon)
