I wouldn't do this. On PS4 there's more than enough room to fit everything you need on the main hot bar, with the side things like Protect on the expanded hotbars. Tetra is way too useful to burn through it like that. It's potent and instant and I use it all the time at 60. The only Macro I use is to cast Stone II and then Stone III. That way if I'm level synced, I can still use Stone II as expected, and if I'm not then it does Stone III. Yes you can't queue it up but as a healer we aren't expected to do big time DPS, so that half second or so you save not being able to queue isn't really a big deal. I did all story quests and content like this. I can try to post my PS4 hotbar later, but the only ability I can think of that isn't on my main bar is Cure III, that is on the expanded just because it's less used and doesn't need to be on the main one.

I highly recommend you delete that macro. There's no need to elaborate why, it's pretty much common sense.

IMO move e4e to L2+R2 is good, and you can make every job has e4e accessing it by the same key.
    You may want to move virus, protect, raise..etc as well ^^;

The only macro I use with a skill is Aero III and it will swap my hotbar back to my main healing bar upon use.

    Don't EVER macro your heals.

As a lot of people among the comunity, I don't recommend to use macros either. But that is a playstyle matter. If you want to, I support you.

If you want to keep track of the tetra's CD and the Cure ii's proc, you can use an extra horizontal hotbar on your screen, with your cooldowns for skills on your secondary bars. Then you can see all your timers o the screen (Tetra, Bene, Fluid Aura, DS, PoM...). It also allows you to click some slot with your gamepad. (Not recommended for battle though)

You can also map your R3 button to the macro #98 or #99. I personally use a run/mount macro mapped to it. I just wish there was a macro command for mount roullete...

I have to agree with everyone else's sentiment; don't macro Tetra. It's an instant, completely free, ogcd, 700 potency heal that can and will get you and your party out of some tight spots that C2's cast time won't.

While I agree the OP's macro is not a good idea, that's a blanket statement which is quite frankly shitty advice (unless you mean "macro your heals" as in put some of them only in macros).

There are a lot of reasons to have healing macros, mouseover heals just being one of the very prominent examples. Other good examples I can think of is macros preventing your Benediction to go off on yourself if you have no one targeted, or target-of-target heals (I use these a lot on my SCH, where "/pac Embrace <tt>" is macro'd into every single one of my offensive casts, so my fairy will always heal the tank while I DPS).

Macros are useful tools if you know how to use them.

    As for the actual topic:

Tetragrammaton is, frankly, one of the best abilities in our toolkit, and - IMO - the second-best ability added for WHM in Heavensward (only second to Assize). Its appliances are endless and you should really have it accessible on a convenient keybind.

This is your biggest problem. You see it like it's a Benediction or something. Notice it has a 60 sec CD? It's great for MP management. You do know how much Cure II costs at 60 don't you? Oh snap, a ground AoE is here and I need to heal someone, now. Now I wonder what skill I would use? I have to heal two people pretty quickly, I wonder what skills I could use for that...

Your second problem, the macro. Ummm yeah, bad idea. Others have already said why.

I may have misunderstood your comment, but do you have more than one mount on your hotbar then? This is far from necessary, and could alleviate the issues you're having. I don't know what skills you have on your bar, as there is plenty room for the ones you need. The macro you suggested is really not a good idea. By your reasoning, why not have benediction and cure II on a macro too... because you are jipping yourself out of a great spell

Also, there is almost no reason to have mounts or Repose on either your main hotbar, or quick bar. Put those on a 3rd or fourth bar. To be macroing your main heals togeather so you can have mounts and essentially useless sleep spells is really not thinking it through. Time to step back see the big picture.
Put your most frequently used spells on main bar, less used on quick bar.
I go all heals on main bar. Dps on left side of quick bar, SS and other defensive stuff on the right of quick bar, and protect/SSII/LB on a 3rd.
