    We probably all have those on our servers. ><

    Pre-1.18 it used to be funny when you could cast a spell like Protect on their party at the Aetherytes, and they'd all suddenly swing their heads to look at you. But those spells don't get them to auto-target you anymore. ^^;

    And seriously how many miqo'te do you have in your LS??? That's nuts! Barely seem to see them on my server, the population seems moderately evened out apart from Lalafell, which are aaaaaall over the place.

    My servers mostly full of Japanese players though so the LS I'm in is pretty small, but still it allows us all to get to know each other better which makes doing dungeons and leves and things better ^.^

    Oh, that was a cross-LS event that we had a few weeks ago. We don't have that many Miqo'te in our own LS. ^^

    I think there were maybe about 70 or more people there, but because of the rendering limitation we could only see 40 at a time. ><

    The Japanese player population on Saronia is also quite large with a lot of cross-LS interaction.

    Just my personal opinion, but it seems like many of the English speaking players tend to keep to their own Linkshells and largely ignore people who are not members. Maybe they're all on voice chat on 3rd party chat systems too, whereas Japanese players primarily use in-game text chat. The differences are quite interesting. ^^

    Lol, that looked like a lot of fun

    Yeah, I think the problem with some of the English players is many suffer from 'WoW exposure' so they don't talk a lot Don't think WoW did so well in japan as they tend to prefer their own stuff, not sure though, always kinda wondered.

    It was fun indeed. We have events like that every now and then on Saronia. ^^

    I'm not sure about WoW in Japan...
    But all 3 of my Linkshells are Japanese and I never hear people talking it, whereas my English-speaking friends mention it often.

    I think that aside from Language barriers, there are pretty significant differences in play style and aesthetics.

    That only enhances my desire to live in Japan. not only would I be able to get hold of much more awesome music, anime, manga and whatnot, but I'd get away from all the WoW fans I know in rl XD

    Maybe the out-dated cartoony style of WoW put them off, or perhaps it simply wasn't translated into Japanese and released there. Ah well.
