Head: Hempen Bandana (outside of the pirate bandana, which is undyable)
Body: Falconer Shirt
Hands: Felt gloves or any gloves
Legs: best man slacks or falconer pants
Feet: High house boots or Archaeoskin Boots if you don't plan to dye it

btw these are not class restricted or gender locked.

The falconers shirt is going to be your best bet, it's dyable too, unfortunately it's brand new so will cost a fortune if you have a high-level crafter friend and can get the mats.
Pants ... maybe the Strife pants that are asubscription reward.

Not sure about the boots but I've definitely seen boots like those in the game (may be a dungeon drop though) , and gloves, can't go wrong with jet black velveteen gloves
