Honestly, it shouldn't come back. It was a exclusive deal for those who either payed for the Fan Fest live streams or WENT to the live event. It certainly gives meaning to those who attended the event, as every now and then I put it and say... oly'shites that deal was almost a year ago!

Maybe a different attire for the next fan fest, but leave the moogle attire as is.

Well I got the moogle set, and I don't feel I did anything extremely special or achievement worthy. I just bought access to a live stream to watch announcements being made. They should add it to something similar they do again in the future. There is no reason why such an interesting set of glamour should be restricted to the specific players who were willing to pay extra last year, as opposed to people who purchase future streams. Don't lock new players out of your most interesting glamour options.

Maybe for future live stream events, the redeem codes could be used to choose from moogle outfits OR a new outfit.

You do know that the attire was originally announced as a special bonus for those who attended the fan fest in person first? People asked for it, so they got a chance to get it through the stream. Which in cause, made people who attended the actual event angry. You may feel nothing special for buying it through the stream. But for some, like for me, who went to the event, this is a very special token of gratitude.

I still remember the closing ceremony, the tears, the joys. Something special that you cannot see through a small screen. The moogle attire is one small token to remember it all.
