I wait for a patch and when it comes, Culinarian got absolutely nothing.

It just all feels like the last five months of playing this game have been a total waste of time and money. It's disheartening to see people selling things for 1,000,000 gil for weaver and leatherworker. So why couldn't Culinarian have crafts that people want? It's not hard SE. If your going to give these other classes specialist vanities that they can make, Then us CULINARIANS, ALCHEMISTS, BLACKSMITHS, Who was all left out, Need the exact same.

This game also. Isn't worth the subscription fee. And from this point on I refuse to pay it. Until they start showing us some respect and treating all of us equally, instead of letting other crafts dominate while people like me have been completely left behind. Nothing to craft, Nothing to sell. Taking me absolute weeks selling any food on Moogle except Flint Caviar. And even that is just tedius, I bought heavensward to play... Heavensward... Not ARR!!

Nothing is stopping you from levelling other crafts. Little bit of Gil and some leve quests.

I levelled Cul to make food for myself. Not money.

I have my other crafts. How the hell do you think I craft one star food. I wouldn't be doing this without such moves such as Comefort Zone, Etc etc. So please say something constructive.

The point being. I did it to be able to survive in game. I hate fighting, If I don't make gil I don't have anything. So it's how my game works. When they release vanities for Weaver and Leatherworker for 1m gil each. It makes my game look like it's been a waste of time. Why are they getting things, and Culinarian gets absolutely nothing. Tried of being fobbed off with nothing in this game. Only for people to tell me I need this and that. I have every crafter at 60 except Blacksmith, Which is 54 I think. I have blue sets on Culinarian. But none of this is helping without stuff to make. The game is an absolute joke. And I have unsubbed.

This is a problem CUL always had and always will have. You only need food for raiding, so your potential customer is very niche and most raiders can craft the food on their own because it would just be too costly to always buy it on the market board. CUL is not about being able to make money, it's about being able to be self sufficient in a raid or end game crafting environment and this was the case even in ARR.

Everything I had to make money is gone, I had Spiritbonding, Heavensward ruined this. I have food but the market is absolutely saturated with it. I don't know what to do anymore. And I've lost faith. I asked for a "Materia Melding" food that could increase meld rates, this could have helped. Better Desynth foods could have helped. Better Spiritbonding Food could have helped. And we GET NOTHING! Best way for me to get gil now is from RMT's. And this is the truth.

Can't sell Seafood Stew for 100k HQ? I know I sold 3 in 2 hours. I stopped because I can't make them as fast and I need some.

To be fair, there's not a whole lot culinarian can do that's worth enormous sums of gil. Food only lasts 30 minutes (or maybe 10 minutes more with an fc buff), so nobody in their right mind is going to pay 500k for a single piece of food unless it essentially buffs you to the point of pressing an 'i win' button. However, since it does only last 30 minutes, it also creates the additional effect of needing to buy/make more. It's like the iron mining industry in real life. High volume with low margins will still give you high profits. The only question is whether the margin is too low.

It's a little disappointing yes. We had no 2-stars items before this patch so I was hoping we would at least get a few. But we still didn't. OHHH but we had something new : That extra 1-red-scrip recipe that no one will ever craft. Marvelous.

I don' t need to make profit from cooking. I just want challenges just like any other crafts.
