Expert Roulette Bugged

Something is really messed up with roulettes at the moment. Waiting 40+ minutes as a healer in the Expert Roulette and no pop.

I tried some test (10 tests):

1 sec after submit the que my status is




after 55 sec or less my status become



this happen every time

the 0/1 healer or any role has a display bug. it is known and looking into. you are still qued.

we have a abundance of tanks and healers for Heavensward. tanks are at the 1 hour + mark for void ark.

There is a long discussion about this on the general discussion board.

It's definitely the roulettes that are broken. Many people (including myself) have experienced huge queue times (hour+) in Expert Roulette as a healer, but the usual reasonably fast queues (sub 10 mins) if queuing for both dungeons manually.

btw me like other peoples here ive paid this game and according to TOS i need a reply by SQUARE ENIX CO., LTD and not unofficial replies by unknown people.

The link you posted to the patch note just shows the display bug they were talking about. Which is what your whole post seems to be about.

SE has already given a response in another thread and you're not very likely to get one here. Most bug reports on the forums don't get answered by anyone but other players that are trying to be helpful, so no reason to be rude.

An issue wherein the number of matched players for each role may always shows up as a 0 when forming a party in the Duty Finder.
* This is only a display error. The matching process is functioning normally.

On another note: What makes you feel so important that you rudely ignore anything other players say, just because they aren't SE employees? The only response you're gonna get from SE is having this thread moved to "Insufficient Information" anyway, since you didn't follow the template written in the topic that says READ THIS FIRST
