Unknown botoms in 3.1 trailer

Hello, at min 1:18 of the 3.1 trailer there are botoms/legs that i can' tfind anywhere, could someone help me identify them ?

The set (body/boots) looks like falconer, but the botoms are something else, looks like a skirt with leather socks. The game is lacking general purpouse zettai ryouki options, so this would be welcome. I hope it is also fully dyeable and not only a part.

It's rather hard to tell without knowing what class the character in the video's on. It sort of looks like the Storm Elite's Skirt (Maelstrom Allied Seals, tank legs piece), but I'm not positive.

Looks like the Storm Elite's Skirt to me. Part of the Maelstrom tanking set that can be bought with Allied Seals.

I realy hoped this was for every class end for everyone, will keep on waiting for something else then. (i am a twin ader member and needed this for a BLM glamour, dyeable maybe)
