What the hell happened to Alex normal?

Not to mention, as far as I am aware, the loot system in normal is still terrible. Even after four months, why they never bothered to adapt the Extreme Primals or Savage Alexander method of a token system is completely beyond me. But now its a free for all. Even Void Ark at least guarantees something for your time once a week.

It's not just Alex, today was the first time I wiped five times in a row on a dungeon boss on Mom Bomb in Pharos Sirius HM due to the party just not grasping the simple concept of keep away with the Remedy Bombs. Fives times. I said fuck this and left after the fifth wipe with 13 minutes left on the clock.

Then I had a similar thing in Saint's when I gave my Expert another shot, I mean we cleared it but good god it was like everyone had tunnel vision. DPS completely ignored honeycomb wall for the adds, kept getting terror'd etc.

This kinda stuff just didn't happen when I first started Expert on Fractal/Reap.

Wasn't the loot lockout removed now? I imagine plenty of people are now looking to quickly gear up alt classes and going in there on those classes to get 'practice', and considering most of the community can't even play their main let alone an alt, well it's gonna be wipe city.
Between that, and most people doing diadem/Void ark, Alex is gonna be lolz for a while.

Make a farm PF or something with round robin loots if you need gear.

I have been farming alex to stock on i190 gear and it isn't that bad... untill somebody starts bitching. That's pretty much gg.

Just for the record: Burning down the second honeycomb wall is a terrible idea, since the adds spawn based on damage, rather than time.

First day and try of WoD: Easy runs. 0 wipes even when not really understanding/knowing the boss mechanics.
3 weeks later: wipe after wipe after wipe after wipe.

Expect this behaviour everywhere now.

Yeah, we had some bad experiences with a friend yesterday too. At one run we got 16 stacks on Faust.

I started going back into Alex normal just for some gear for alt jobs, its horrible atm people failing dps checks and general chaos.

I was going as drk, was highest dps majority of the time. Checks peoples gear i200 weapons lolwut? Co tanks have been pretty awful like a3 hand split guess I'll just tank both then? Tether in a3 I collect take far away from group then some non minuet brd just circles round the boss for no reason takes it then dies and flames me lol

Well, people took a break until the patch. Now they're back. And likely they are a little rusty after several weeks of break.

It kinda makes sense.

Personally, I don't have much issues in Alex. Most runs are first try and if not first, second or third. The only disbands I had were when people started to argue.
