Any reason for Diadem (Easy)?

This is great for those lazy ass leechers who only want to do gathering after clearing their objectives. Avoid at all cost. Always try to do a pre-made party or join other people FC run if you want a full 90 minutes gear farming. Otherwise not worth doing this on American servers, trollalas and trollilis always waiting in the corner, lurking around to ruin your run and ditch you the minute the objectives are clear - off gathering somewhere else. Good thing the areas are full of monsters that will one shot those gatherers. Personally they need to be punished even more so that it is impossibly hard to gather there unless your group cleared the mob in the areas first.

Uh do you not like gatherers for some reason?
Half the time people don't even say anything... one line of "hey can you help me kill this monster?" and I'll stop gathering and help out. Don't assume everyone wants to kill all the monsters all the time.

This sounds nice on paper, but in practice, my experience with this, without exception, is as follows:

The Gatherers are halfway across the map, so by the time they actually reach the mob, it's half dead. They just come so that they can lot any 210s that drop and not look rude doing so and because they don't want to actually do the harder, in the more annoying sense of harder, work (killing trash so you can pop NMs) while still reaping the rewards of it.

Which you are essentially admitting to in your post, at least, by saying you're not interested in killing anything but the NMs.
