Okay, please forgive me for asking this really stupid question. I'm just starting with this scrip business and it's confusing the hell outta me. XD What do you mean when you mention proc's? What proc am I supposed to be looking out for? I've tried this method but have found that sometimes discerning eye doesn't go away so that means it didn't proc, right? Should I be recasting discerning eye then? Isn't that a waste of GP?

Impulsive Appraisal has a chance to proc Discerning Eye, so if your DE buff doesn't go away, that means you got a proc. Using DE again would indeed be a waste of GP, it's why you use Single Mind instead to get an extra gather.
