I think with Silverbane's change, I can now have a free precise touch (or if I got unlucky, use basic touch instead of the last hasty touch)

My rotation is probably not suitable for you, but more suitable for myself...
Well, of course, one can't go up to IQ12, but it just means I can touch 11 times.
Due to extensive use of Manip, I leave myself a lot of room in the rotation for Trick of Trades, so it's not uncommon that I can take 2 Tricks. If I cannot, then I'll just modify my rotation to substitute my 3rd Manip with a WN to save that 32 CP, and touch 1 or 2 times less. No big deal.
Yeah, unfortunately, my manual crafting rotation for this item is totally base on intuition on the spot, so it's not as easily picked up as Silverbane's. I also have a base CP of 422 so my starting CP is actually 470. I use Baked Onion Soup to increase craftsmanship so that I can use 1x naked CS II.
It's just my old habit of crafting... grabbing all the available CP along the way, then keep modifying the rotation...

Ah right, that's my error!!! Indeed can't have 5x hasty there! LOL!Caimie, that must be an editting error on your part, you have an unbuffed Hasty in there. Plus that only works if the Durability is over 40 at the start.
That said, Ishley's rotation (and my minor tweak of it) are using WN2 to save 30 Durability at the cost of 98 CP and a rigid rotation. That's not too bad, compared to Manip (88 CP) and Masters Mend (92 CP), each of which would have to be placed inside the SH2 effect in a 35 Dur rotation.
And yeah, the good thing about using WN2 is that with our current CP pool, it fits quite well together with 2x Manip without the need of taking Tricks.

I like this rotation. It's very streamlined, easy to follow, and utilizes very few CP.As a slight variation, I suggest this:
Comfort Zone
If good+, do ToT and use a precise touch if you can later
Inner Quiet
Waste Not II
Steady Hand II
Hasty Touch
Hasty Touch
Hasty Touch
Hasty Touch
Hasty Touch
Manipulation
Careful Synthesis II
Comfort Zone
Steady Hand II
Hasty Touch
Hasty Touch
Manipulation
Hasty Touch
Hasty Touch
Steady Hand
Great Strides
Innovation
If good or Exc, use Byregot's Blessing otherwise use Ingenuity II
Use Byregot's Blessing (or Ingenuity II if you used BB in step 21)
Careful Synthesis II
Careful Synthesis II
Uses450436 CP, same number of HTs, gets 594 Progress if Craftsmanship is the minimum (620).

If I can figure out where I can safely use ToT and where I can't, I will try this out too. ThanksMy rotation is probably not suitable for you, but more suitable for myself...

....

I have 838 Craftmanship (using baked onion soup) wich is welllll above the 620 mininum u posted and this rotation ended up in a fail due to the last CS2 not being enough to finish. Can you please post your required stats for this? The requirements seem off.
CS2 under IG2 = 217
CS2 without IG2 = 119
217*2 + 119 = 553 progress. (not getting 594 as you posted)

Quick post before I got to work, Could try:
CZ
IQ
WN2
SH2
HT
HT
HT
HT
HT
Manipulation
HT (unbuffed)
CZ
SH2
HT
HT
Manipulaton
HT
SH
GS
INNOV
INGEN2
BB
CS2
CS2
CS2
I bet there is something we can do to get that HT buffed if we change the order, but its not jumping out to me yet.

It looks like I miscalculated. I developed the roation on the FFXIV Crafting Optimizer but had the level of the recipe set to 60 instead of 60*. As a result, the rotation will apparently not produce enough progress.I have 838 Craftmanship (using baked onion soup) wich is welllll above the 620 mininum u posted and this rotation ended up in a fail due to the last CS2 not being enough to finish. My apologies.
